Jamaican Coconut Dumplings
A gluten-free take on traditional Caribbean dumplings. These flavorful bite-sized treats are made with coconut and Jamaican spices.

- β1 tsp Jamaican Allspice
- β2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- β1 cup Coconut Milk
- β4-6 Dumplingshomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 tsp Crushed Jamaican Pepper

In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, Jamaican allspice, and crushed Jamaican pepper.

Gradually add coconut oil and coconut milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
