Australian Sausage Hash
A hearty breakfast dish from Down Under, featuring sausages and crispy hash.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Hash BrownsGrated and squeezed
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the hash browns and cook until crispy and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Push the hash browns to one side of the pan.

Add the Australian sausages to the other side of the pan and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
