- β1/4 cup Fresh Oregano

- β1/4 cup Kalamata Olives
- β2 tablespoons Fresh Capers

Rinse the sea bass fillets under cold water, pat them dry with a paper towel, and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the sea bass fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
