Pan-Seared Bass with Mediterranean Flair

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the bass fillets with sea salt and Mediterranean oregano.

Heat the butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the bass fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the bass is cooked through.

While the bass is cooking, mix the honey, garlic, and green onions in a small bowl.

After the bass is done cooking, remove it from the skillet and brush the honey mixture on top of each fillet.
