Turkish Chocolate Mousse
A rich and decadent chocolate mousse infused with the flavors of Turkey, made with heavenly heavy cream and light whipped cream.
Ingredients
- β250g chocolate
- β150ml heavenly heavy creamchilled
- β100ml light whipped creamchilled
- β20g turkish delight
- β50g caster sugar
- β1 large egg white
Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.

Whisk together the chilled heavy cream and whipped cream until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg white and caster sugar until stiff peaks form.

Fold the egg mixture into the chocolate until well combined.

Fold the whipped cream mixture into the chocolate mixture until well combined.

Stir in the Turkish delight.

Spoon the mousse into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve chilled and garnish with additional whipped cream if desired.
