Smoky Chicken Skillet
A hearty one-pot dish featuring smoky flavors and tender chicken. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β2 tsp smoked paprika
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp caraway seeds
- β1 skilletlarge, oven-safe
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove chicken and set aside.

Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add caraway seeds and smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Return chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with spice mixture.

Transfer skillet to the oven and bake at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
