Hearty Dutch Stew

- β500g Stew meatBeef or pork work well
- β4 Carrots
- β3 PotatoesDiced
- β1 OnionChopped
- β2 tbsp Dutch seasoningAvailable at most specialty stores
- β2 tbsp Tomato paste
- β1L Water
- β250g TofuCubed

Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.

Add the stew meat and cook until browned.

Add the carrots, potatoes, Dutch seasoning, and tomato paste.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.

Add the cubed tofu and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
