Japanese-Style Stew with Hearty Tofu
A hearty and comforting Japanese-inspired stew made with dense tofu and a blend of spices, perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β2 large Hearty Dutch Heirloom Potatoescut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 block (14 oz) Dense Extra-Firm Tofudrained and diced
- β2 tbsp Japanese Curry Powder
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1/2 cup Green Onionschopped
- β2 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Water
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Heat sesame oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add grated ginger and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
