Crisp Portuguese Paella Bites
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, these bite-sized paella balls are crunchy on the outside and flavorful on the inside.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, crushed Casabe
- β1 cup Portuguese Paella Mix
- β1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- β1/2 cup Chopped Tomato
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β1 Egg, beaten
- β1/4 cup Breadcrumbsgluten-free

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed casabe, paella mix, onion, tomato, garlic, and olive oil. Mix well.

3. Add the beaten egg and mix until the mixture is sticky and holds together.

4. Divide the mixture into 12-15 equal pieces.

5. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk shape.

6. Dip each disk into the breadcrumbs and coat both sides evenly.

7. Place the coated disks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
