Burrata and Bisik Stir Fry

- β8 oz burrata cheese
- β1 bunch bisikchopped
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1-inch piece gingergrated
- β1 bell pepperssliced
- β1 cup snow peaschopped
- β2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
