Jamaican Veggie Wrap
A flavorful and healthy Jamaican-inspired wrap filled with roasted vegetables and served in a crispy bread bowl.
Ingredients

- β4 bowls Jamaican Bread Bowl
- β1 cup, peeled and chopped Carrots
- β1 cup, sliced Red Bell Peppers
- β1 cup, sliced Yellow Onions
- β1 cup, sliced Zucchini
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- β2 peppers, chopped (optional) Scotch Bonnet Peppers
- β2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices and toast until crispy.

In a large bowl, toss together the chopped carrots, sliced red bell peppers, sliced yellow onions, and sliced zucchini.

Add the chopped cilantro, Scotch Bonnet peppers (if using), and Jamaican Jerk Seasoning to the bowl and toss to combine.

Transfer the vegetable mixture to the toasted bread slices and top with a dollop of your favorite spread or hummus.
