Sunday Green Curry
A creamy and aromatic green curry made with fresh green and cardamom, perfect for a lazy Sunday.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons green curry pastehomemade or store-bought
- β2 cups greenfreshly chopped
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat
- β1 package fish ballshomemade or store-bought
- β1 teaspoon cardamomground
- β1 tablespoon sugaroptional
- βto taste salt
- β2 cups waterfor the curry sauce

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the green curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the green and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the coconut milk and stir to combine.
