Syrian Lamb Kebabs with Grassy Salad
A flavorful and healthy dish that combines the taste of Syrian lamb with a fresh, grassy salad.

- β500g Syrian lambCut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β4 cups Grassy salad greens
- β1 pint Cherry tomatoes
- β1 medium CucumberSliced
- β1 medium Red onionThinly sliced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and sumac (if using).

Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.

Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

Meanwhile, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.
