Italian-Style Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Lamb Leg, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup Grassy Olive Oil
- β4 cloves Syrian Garlic, minced
- β10-12 skewers Kebabs (wooden skewers)
- β2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
