German-Style Chocolate Fritters
A sweet and indulgent dessert inspired by traditional German cuisine, featuring rich chocolate and crispy fritters.
Ingredients

- β1 cup white chocolate chips
- β1/2 cup milk
- β1 large egg
- β1/4 cup granulated sugar
- β2 tbsp butter, melted
- β1/4 tsp salt
- β1 cup powdered sugarfor dusting

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval.

Add the melted chocolate to the batter and stir until combined.

Heat about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350Β°F.

Using a spoon, drop small balls of the batter into the hot oil, about 1/4 cup each.
