Turkish Lamb Kebab with Chinese Twist

- β500g Glorious LambCut into kebab-sized pieces
- β2 Springy OnionsThinly sliced
- β250g Turkish Doner Kebab MeatGround meat
- β1/2 cup Kebab Meat MarinadeCombine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger
- β1 tsp Chinese Five-Spice PowderAdd to marinade for extra flavor
- β2 tbsp Coconut OilFor brushing kebabs
- βto taste Salt and PepperSeason to taste

1. In a large bowl, combine lamb pieces, onions, doner kebab meat, kebab meat marinade, and Chinese five-spice powder. Mix well.
