French Gulab Jamun Dumplings

- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1 cup Warm milk
- β12 pieces Gulab jamun
- β2 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 Egg, lightly beaten
- β1/4 tsp Salt
- β1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- βfor frying Vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp Rose syrup

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, egg, sugar, salt, and cardamom powder. Mix well to form a smooth dough.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes soft and pliable.

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.

Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it slightly into a disk shape.

Place a gulab jamun in the center of each disk and fold the dough over to seal the dumpling.
