Thai-Style Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry
A flavorful and nutritious stir-fry made with beef shin, mixed vegetables, and a blend of Thai spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beef shinSlice into thin strips
- β1 cup gloopinTrimmed and sliced
- β2 tablespoons sooth oilUsed for stir-frying
- β3 cloves garlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon gingerGrated
- β1 tablespoon fish sauceUsed to add depth of flavor
- β1 tablespoon brown sugarUsed to balance the dish
- β1/4 teaspoon chili flakesAdded for some heat
- β2 tablespoons sooth pasteUsed to thicken the sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon of soothe oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of soothe oil to the skillet.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the fish sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes to the skillet and stir to combine.
