Soothe and Shin Korma

- β1 cup shinsliced
- β2 tablespoons gloopinground
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon garam masala
- βto taste salt
- β1 cup coconut milk

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced shin and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
