Savory German Ginger Schnitzel
A twist on the classic German dish, adding the spicy flavor of ginger to the breading. Easy to make and delicious to eat.

- β2 inches Gingerfresh ginger, peeled and grated
- β1/4 cup Quickfixquickfix breading mix
- β4 Pork Chopsthinly sliced pork chops

Prepare the breading station: mix flour, ginger, and quickfix in a shallow dish.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Dip each pork chop in the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet and swirl to coat.

Add the coated pork chops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.

Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
