- β2 teaspoons Gentle spice blend (or similar)
- β1 teaspoon Syrian allspice
- β1 clove Garlic, minced
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β4-6 pita bread Pita bread (for serving)
- β1 cup Tzatziki sauce (for serving)

In a large bowl, mix together lamb, olive oil, spice blend, allspice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
