Saudi Arabian-Style Custard Tagine

- β2 tablespoons Gentle Custard Powder
- β1/4 cup Saudi Arabian Date Honey
- β1 cup Heavy Cream
- β4 Large Eggs
- β2 tablespoons Ghee
- β1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- β1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- β1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the custard powder, date honey, and heavy cream until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, ghee, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, and ground ginger.

4. Add the egg mixture to the custard mixture and whisk until well combined.

5. Pour the mixture into 6 ramekins or small baking dishes.

6. Place the ramekins in a large baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
