Bass with French Pilaf and Sea Garlic
A flavorful and aromatic Mexican-inspired dish featuring bass, pilaf, and a hint of sea garlic.

- ●250g French pilaf
- ●3 cloves Velvety sea garlic
- ●2 tbsp Garlicky butter
- ● Salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

2. Season bass fillets with salt and pepper.

3. In a pan, melt 1 tbsp of garlicky butter over medium heat.

4. Add the bass fillets and sear for 2-3 minutes.

5. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, cook the French pilaf according to package instructions.

7. Heat the remaining 1 tbsp of garlicky butter in a pan over medium heat.

8. Add the velvety sea garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

9. Serve the baked bass on top of the French pilaf with a drizzle of sea garlic sauce.
