Monsoon's Mexican Fish Bowl
A flavorful Mexican dish featuring pan-seared fish served in a large bowl with a variety of toppings.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets (6 oz each) jamaican fish
- β2 cloves garlickyminced
- β1 cup snappydiced bell peppers
- β1 cup monsoonmixed greens
- β4 large bowls bowlceramic or glass
- β1/4 cup lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp chili powderdried
- β1/2 tsp saltto taste
- β1/4 tsp pepperto taste

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Season the fish with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Add 1 tbsp of oil to the skillet and cook the fish for 3-4 minutes per side.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the toppings by dicing the bell peppers and mixing the greens.

Warm the bowls by placing them in the oven for 2-3 minutes.

To assemble the bowls, place a piece of fish in each bowl, followed by a spoonful of the mixed greens and diced bell peppers.
