Pan-Seared Fish with Jamaican Spices
A flavorful German-inspired dish featuring pan-seared fish, infused with the warmth of Jamaican spices.

- ●1 tsp JamaicanJamaican seasoning blend
- ●2 cloves Garlicky
- ●1 cup SnappyCrushed carrots
- ●1/4 cup MonsoonChopped fresh parsley
- ●1 BowlLarge serving bowl

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the fish with Jamaican seasoning blend and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the snappy (carrots) to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes, or until crispy.

Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute.

Add the fish to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Transfer the fish to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
