Ethiopian Dulet with Injera
A traditional Ethiopian dish made with spicy beef and served with a side of sourdough injera.

- ●4-6 pieces injera (sourdough flatbread)homemade or store-bought
- ●2 tbsp garlicky buttersee notes below
- ●1 cup goeey red onionsthinly sliced

Instructions

Cook dulet according to package instructions.

Warm injera by wrapping it in a damp cloth and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Melt garlicky butter in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté goeey red onions in garlicky butter until caramelized.

Assemble dish by placing cooked dulet on top of injera and serving with sautéed onions.
