Keto Ethiopian-Inspired Dulet Stew
A keto twist on traditional Ethiopian dulet stew, made with garlicky and gooey goodness, and served with injera bread.
Ingredients
- β4 garlicky sausageslook for low-carb, high-fat options
- β4 slices injera breadfor serving
- β8 oz goey cheesesuch as mozzarella or feta
- β2 tsp dulet spice blendor make your own using paprika, cumin, and coriander
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- β1 oniondiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 lb ground beefor alternative high-fat protein source

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.

4. Add the garlicky sausages and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

5. Stir in the dulet spice blend and cook for 1 minute.

6. Add the goey cheese and stir until melted and well combined.

7. Serve the stew over injera bread, garnished with additional cheese and spices if desired.

8. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 165Β°F (74Β°C) to ensure food safety.
