Thai Shrimp and Feijoada Stir Fry
A fusion of Thai and Brazilian flavors in this quick and spicy stir fry. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β12 oz shrimp
- β1 cup feijoadacanned or homemade
- β2 cloves garlickyminced
- β1/4 cup crumblycrushed peanuts
- β2 tbsp braziliansirup
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove shrimp from the wok and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil to the wok and stir in the minced garlic and crushed peanuts.

Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Stir in the feijoada and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Return the shrimp to the wok and stir in the sirup.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the shrimp are well coated with the sauce.
