Shrimp Skillet with Japanese Flair
A quick and flavorful Japanese-inspired skillet dish made with succulent shrimp, crunchy garlicky flavor, and a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- β2 tbsp garlicky oil
- β1 tsp cinnamonground cinnamon
- β1 lb shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1/4 cup greek yogurt
- β1 tsp skillet seasoning
- β2 tbsp water
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βchopped, for garnish fresh cilantrooptional

Heat the garlicky oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the cinnamon and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the greek yogurt and stir to combine.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat with the yogurt mixture.

Season with skillet seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste.
