Korean Jack Cheese Quesadilla
A fusion Mexican dish with Korean influences, featuring crispy katsuramuki and melted jack cheese.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Korean jack cheese
- β4-6 pieces katsuramuki
- β1/2 cup, shredded Monterey jack cheese
- β1/4 cup, crushed Fried kalguksu noodles
- β1 Large flour tortilla
- β1/4 cup Salsamild or spicy
- β1/4 cup Sour cream
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Lay the flour tortilla flat and sprinkle the Korean jack cheese on half of the tortilla.

Top the cheese with katsuramuki, crushed kalguksu noodles, and shredded Monterey jack cheese.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is crispy.

Cut the quesadilla into wedges and serve with salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
