Greek-Style Pan-Seared Fish
A simple and flavorful Greek-inspired dish featuring pan-seared fish. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a side of your favorite vegetables.
Ingredients
- ●4-6 fillets Fish Fillets (4-6)Choose a firm white fish such as halibut or cod.
- ●1 tsp Greek SeasoningA mix of oregano, thyme, and rosemary.
- ●2 tbsp Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed or bottled.

- ●2 cloves GarlicMinced for best flavor.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and Greek seasoning.

Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the fish fillets to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
