Tunisian Cornmeal Scones

- β1 sheet, thawed Pastry
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Fresh
- β2 tbsp olive oil Gooey
- β1 tsp Salt
- β2 tbsp Sugar
- β1/2 cup Water

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pastry to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

In a bowl, mix together the cornmeal, salt, sugar, and chopped parsley.

Roll the pastry into a circle and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Spread the cornmeal mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
