Traditional British Bangers and Mash
A hearty British dish featuring sausages and mashed potatoes. Perfect comfort food for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β4 Bangers (British Sausages)
- β4-6 medium-sized potatoes Mashed Potatoes
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 medium-sized Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- β2 tablespoons Gravy Granules
- β4 tablespoons Milk

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

2. Drain the potatoes and mash with butter, salt, and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

4. Add sliced onions and cook until softened.
