Borscht Stuffed Cured Meat Rolls
A twist on traditional Ukrainian borscht, these rolls combine the flavors of the beet-based soup with cured meats and a floral touch.
Ingredients
- ●1/2 pound Cured meat (such as salami or ham)
- ●2 medium Beets
- ●2 tablespoons Floral honey
- ●1 package Borscht mix
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●2 tablespoons Chopped fresh dill
- ● Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the beets, borscht mix, and honey to the pan, stirring to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix the chopped dill and salt and pepper.

Roll out the cured meat to a large rectangle.

Spread the borscht mixture over the meat, leaving a 1-inch border.

Sprinkle the dill mixture over the borscht.

Roll up the meat and slice into 1-inch thick rolls.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
