Cheesy Flaky Tarts
A simple yet elegant dessert featuring flaky pastry crusts filled with a rich cheese curd mixture.

- ●1/4 cup Confectioners' SugarOptional

3. Cut out circles of pastry dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.

4. Place the dough circles into a muffin tin, pressing them into the corners and edges.

5. In a bowl, mix together the cheese curds, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest (if using).
