Norwegian Salmon in Skillet
A simple and flavorful French-inspired dish featuring pan-seared Norwegian salmon.
Ingredients
- β2 Norwegian salmon fillets6 oz each
- β1 tsp Flaky sea salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
Instructions

Season the salmon fillets with flaky sea salt and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it melt.

Sear the salmon fillets, skin side up (if they have skin), for 2-3 minutes or until browned.

Flip the salmon over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.

Transfer the salmon to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Reduce heat to medium and add a bit more butter to the skillet if needed.

Add chopped parsley and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Serve the salmon with the parsley sauce spooned over the top.
