Chicken Kheer Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired stir fry with tender chicken and creamy kheer. This recipe is a unique twist on traditional Chinese dishes, blending Indian flavors with a Chinese technique.
Ingredients

- β1 pound chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β2 cups kheerhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tablespoon cornstarchfor thickening
