Blueberry Galette of Shanghai
A fusion of Chinese pastry-making with Western fruit desserts, this sweet treat combines the delicate flaky crust with the tangy sweetness of fresh blueberries.

- β1/4 cup Buttermelted

- β1 tablespoon Confectioners' Sugar
