Mediterranean Pasta Bake
A flavorful, gluten-free pasta bake with mediterranean flavors and crunchy texture.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Gluten-free pasta
- β1 cup Mediterranean bake
- β1 sheet Flaky, buttery pastryThawed
- β1 cup Feta cheese
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 tsp Chopped fresh oregano

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, mediterranean bake, feta cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Roll out the flaky, buttery pastry on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the pasta mixture to one half of the pastry, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.

Brush the edges of the pastry with olive oil and fold the other half of the pastry over the filling.

Press the edges of the pastry to seal and use a knife to cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.

Place the pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

Sprinkle the chopped oregano over the top of the pastry and return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove the pastry from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
