Rajma Masala
A spicy North Indian dish made with kidney beans in a rich tomato-based sauce.

Ingredients
- ●1 cup, drained and rinsed kidney beans
- ●1 medium, chopped onion
- ●3 cloves, minced garlic
- ●2 medium, diced tomato
- ●2 tbsp, curry powder indian
- ●1 cup, cooked beans
- ●1 tsp cumin seeds
- ●1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.

Add curry powder and chili powder, sauté for 1 minute.

Add diced tomato and sauté until they are soft.

Add kidney beans and cooked beans, stir well.

Add 1 cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
