Spicy Korean Tofu Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with crispy tofu, spicy Korean chili flakes, and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 block Tofupressed and drained
- β2 tsp FieryKorean chili flakes
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor stir-frying
- β1 medium Onionsliced
- β1 medium Bell peppersliced
- β1 cup Snow peassliced
- β2 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tsp Sesame oilfor finishing
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the onion, bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet.

Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ginger and garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the tofu to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the tofu is coated in the sauce.

Season with fiery Korean chili flakes to taste.

Transfer the stir fry to a serving dish and drizzle with sesame oil.
