Spicy Korean Tofu Stir Fry
A keto-friendly, spicy Korean-inspired stir fry made with crispy tofu, mixed vegetables, and a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp Fiery Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)adjust to taste
- β2 tbsp coconut oilor other keto-friendly oil
- β1 medium onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium bell pepperthinly sliced
- β1 cup snow peastrimmed and sliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp fish sauce (optional)optional, for added umami
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped, for garnish

Add onion and bell pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, snow peas, and tofu; cook, stirring occasionally, until tofu is golden brown and vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
