Spicy Lamb Kebabs

- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubesFat-trimmed for leaner meat
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor grilling
- β2 tsp Moroccan spice blendContains cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper
- β1 large Red onion, slicedFor kebabs
- β2 large Red bell pepper, slicedFor kebabs
- β2 large Zucchini, slicedFor kebabs
- β2 tbsp Fiery harissa sauceFor serving
- β4-6 pieces Pita breadFor serving

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix together lamb cubes, olive oil, and Moroccan spice blend.

3. Thread lamb cubes, red onion, red bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers.

4. Grill kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lamb reaches 145Β°F (63Β°C).

5. Brush kebabs with harissa sauce during the last 2 minutes of grilling.

6. Warm pita bread by wrapping it in foil and heating it on the grill for 2-3 minutes.
