Natto Fajita Stuffed Peppers

- β1/2 cup nattofermented soybeans
- β1 packet fajita mixmexican seasoning blend
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup mexican cheeseshredded
- β1/4 cup cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons oilveggie oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove seeds.

In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
