Japanese-Italian Fusion Chicken Gyoza
A unique twist on traditional gyoza, this recipe combines the flavors of Italy and Japan for a mouthwatering dish. Pan-fried to perfection, these chicken gyoza are served with a side of tangy marinara sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β20 wrappers gyoza wrappersavailable in most Asian markets or online
- β1/2 cup frying oilsuch as vegetable or peanut oil
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseoptional

1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of frying oil over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chopped green onions to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

4. Lay a gyoza wrapper on a flat surface and place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center.

5. Dip your finger in a small amount of water and run it along the edges of the wrapper.

6. Fold the wrapper into a triangle by bringing the two opposite corners together to form a point.
