Crispy Naan Nachos
A twist on traditional nachos, using crispy naan bread and mexican flavors.
Ingredients
- ●1 package Crispy Naan Bread6-8 pieces
- ●1 cup, shredded Fermented Cheesesuch as queso fresco
- ●1/2 cup Thai Peanut Saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●1 cup Diced Tomatoesfresh or canned
- ●1/2 cup Diced Onionsred or yellow
- ●1/4 cup Diced Jalapeñosoptional
- ●1/4 cup Chopped Cilantrooptional

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Arrange crispy naan bread pieces on a baking sheet.

3. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

4. In a separate pan, heat thai peanut sauce over medium heat.

5. Add diced onions and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Add diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Remove naan bread from oven and top with cheese, sauce mixture, and diced jalapeños (if using).

8. Return to oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Remove from oven and top with chopped cilantro (if using).
