Crispy Chickpea French Tart
A twist on the classic French tart, this recipe combines crispy chickpeas with a crumble topping for a delightful texture and flavor.

- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 cup flour
- β1/2 cup crumble
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Spread the chickpeas evenly over the center of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
