American Bacon and Bean Stew
A hearty keto stew made with bacon, beans, and a variety of dense ingredients. Perfect for a cold winter night.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Dense American Runner Beans
- β1 pound Fatty Stew Meat
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
Instructions

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

Remove the bacon from the pot and set aside.

Add the stew meat and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the beans and bacon back to the pot.

Add 2 cups of beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let cook for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
