Nectarine Crumble
A sweet Mexican-inspired dessert featuring a crunchy crumble topping and caramelized nectarines.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup fattycold and cubed
- β1 tsp baking powder
- β1/4 tsp salt
- β2 tbsp granulated sugar
- β1 cup crumblehomemade or store-bought

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced nectarines, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes, until the nectarines release their juices.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and baking powder. Add the cold fatty and use a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Transfer the nectarine mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the nectarines are caramelized.
