Greek Chicken Fajitas
A twist on traditional Mexican fajitas, featuring chicken cooked with Greek seasonings and served with exotic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breast
- β1 teaspoon Exotic spices (paprika, cumin, coriander)
- β1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1/4 cup crumbled Greek cheese (optional)
- β1 cup sliced Mixed bell peppers (any color)
- β1 cup sliced Onion

1. In a small bowl, mix together Greek seasoning, exotic spices, and lime juice.

2. Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Remove chicken from marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

5. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

6. Add sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

7. If using Greek cheese, crumble it over the top of the chicken and vegetables.

8. Serve hot, garnished with additional exotic spices if desired.
